How does the air fryer work?
The air fryer cooks thanks to the high temperature air, adjustable from 80°C up to 200°C , which circulates at maximum speed and at 360° inside the cooking chamber and guarantees uniform distribution of heat inside. It is precisely the hot air that allows for even cooking of the food and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, which has nothing to envy of traditional frying. Thanks to the hot air, there will be no need to add a lot of oil to obtain tasty fried food, because a simple spoonful will be enough, in this way you will bring lighter but tasty foods to the table for the whole family.
From the large digital touch screen panel you can adjust cooking times, programs, temperature and timer. Inside there is a tray for crispier and tastier recipes. Air Fryer 6L has a transparent basket to control cooking like a real oven: frying is right in your hands!
The 6L air fryer is easy to clean thanks to the non-stick basket with grid and has a low environmental impact, because it does not produce waste oil , which is one of the most difficult wastes to dispose of in circulation.
