How does the air fryer work?
The air fryer cooks thanks to the high temperature air, up to 200°C , which circulates at maximum speed and at 360° inside the cooking chamber and guarantees a uniform distribution of heat inside it. It is precisely the hot air that allows for even cooking of the dishes and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, which has nothing to envy of traditional frying. Thanks to the hot air, there will be no need to add a lot of oil to obtain tasty fried food, because a simple spoonful will be enough, in this way you will bring lighter but tasty foods to the table for the whole family.
From the large touch screen panel you can adjust cooking times, programs, temperature and timer even separately for each basket. Double 9L air fryer has the Grill and Max Crisp function for crispier foods, Sync function to synchronize the end of cooking of foods with different times, Dual Cook function to double the quantities, and Drying function.
The Doppia 9L air fryer is easy to clean thanks to the non-stick baskets with grid and has a low environmental impact, because it does not produce waste oil, which is one of the most difficult wastes to dispose of in circulation.
