Thanks to its capacity of 16L , with the Vintage Air Fryer by Ariete you can cook a lot of fried food in one go! French fries, but not only, also croquettes, fish, meat and many other breaded foods, both frozen and ready to fry, and fresh and just breaded.
How does the air fryer work?
The air fryer cooks thanks to the high temperature air, adjustable up to 230°C , which circulates at maximum speed and at 360° inside the cooking chamber and guarantees uniform heat distribution inside it. It is precisely the hot air that allows for even cooking of the food and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, which has nothing to envy of traditional frying. Thanks to the hot air, there will be no need to add a lot of oil to obtain tasty fried food, because a simple spoonful will be enough, in this way you will bring lighter but tasty foods to the table for the whole family. Fry and bake as you and your family like. You can use the accessories supplied: 3 perforated stainless steel baskets to separate the food and cook at the same time, rotating basket for uniform cooking and rotisserie to cook the chicken.
From the knobs you can adjust cooking times, programs, temperature and timer.
